Christophe Brognaux
Christophe Brognaux currently is the leader of the energy practice of BCG in Western Europe, Africa and South America. Besides, he is a BCG Fellow, who leads BCG thinking on the theme of Energy Transitions.
He has led over 200 energy projects in Europe, North America, South America, Australia and Asia. His experience includes multiple assignments dealing with overall evolutions of investment theses and portfolio of businesses, company transformations, market design and dynamics of liberalized power and gas markets, development of new downstream technologies and business models, as well as regulatory strategies for the different type of market players.
Christophe is the author of several articles on energy markets evolutions, a speaker at conferences, regularly interacts with policy-makers at European and US level, as well as industry associations . He notably co-organizes the Energy Transition Forum.
Prior to joining BCG in 1996, Christophe headed the process engineering team at L’Oréal global industrial direction.
He is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique, Paris and obtained an MSc in chemical engineering from Imperial College,London.
